No, no no...
As your velocity approaches the speed of light, you mass increases. If you were to travel at the speed in this car of yours, and you turned on the headlights, the light relative to you inside the car would extend out at the speed of light which is constant for all observers.

My theory is youd be smooshed back into your seat because your moving so fast that you couldnt move anything to reach the handle to turn the headlights on

According to Steven HAwkings book i just read you wouldnt be able to go at it cos you'll be at infinite mass. You wouldnt be able to see the light in front of you but others would i think

Only if you accelerated really fast. If you took a long time with slow acceleration, then g-force wouldn't be a problem.

Hm...does g-force exist in space, since there is no gravity?

BUT, would the light be able to go from the metal prongs in the lightbulb to the end of the lightbulb.
**BTW**My mom thinks that you wouldnt be able to see the light AT ALL.
